CE-11-G case erector

A big storage area for storing preassembled boxes is no longer needed

The CE-11-G is an innovative and easy-to-use case erector, specially designed for the tobacco industry using C48 and C90 cases.

This modular stand alone machine can be integrated in an existing line or installed in a complete automated Pattyn packaging line, run by only one operator.

Concept

• Pallet with stack of blank cartons is loaded into the machine
• The planopicker with 20 vacuum cups picks up the blank from the stack
• The blank carton falls open and is moved to a "folding position"
• The bottom flaps are closed
• When needed little hotmelt dots are applicated to hold the case down during further transport
• The box is turned upright on the conveyor
• Once the stack of cartons is empty, the pallet is automatically removed and evacuated so a new stack can be loaded into the machine
